FABULOUS stay!

friendly staff excellent service club lounge

I booked a Club Room and it was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly from check-in to the club lounge experience. Jeff, Lesley, and Meera ALL deserve a special mention for their really good service. This makes me want to return!

I have just one SMALL comment. The lift system required using two different lifts to access the room floors.

i enjoyed the hotel's prime location. it made accessing the city's attractions very easy. the club access provided extra benefits, such as early check-in (at 10 am) and late check-out (at 4 pm).

the hotel features a courtyard-style lobby on the 12th floor. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests have access to a lovely pool with partial sun exposure in the morning.

the concierge provided excellent service and assistance. staff members were generally friendly and helpful. the club floor staff offered massages and other wellness activities daily (such as evening canapés).

AMAZING downtown stay!

convenient location comfortable room excellent service

The location proves VERY convenient for getting to different tourist sites. The room offered a nice design and felt comfortable. I liked having club access. It provided refreshments, drinks. fun activities on the 21st floor. WHAT a plus that early check-in at 10 am and late check-out at 4 pm came included!

Amazing Club Level Experience

I found the club level perks to be great. The evening snacks and drinks for two hours were very appreciated. The club level pool was a nice alternative to the top floor pool. The staff were consistently great.

The breakfast selection could have included a bit more variety. ONE suggestion would be to have more fresh fruit options available.

The staff provided excellent service, including Tina who ensured every need was met. NOTHING was too much trouble. Jeff and his team at the club lounge were wonderful. Their attentiveness was amazing.

The hotel's location is very convenient, located near a food court and several shopping malls. Public transport access is easy with the subway entrance about 100 meters away. Bus stops are also very close to the hotel entrance.

Breakfast offered many options, including both Western and local dishes such as fried rice. The club floor provided more refined, western-style main courses. The automatic water dispenser offered warm, cold, and sparkling water choices.
